Applied triple clamps are computer designed, CNC machined on state of the art equipment, and then tested by professional riders to ensure quality, performance, and durability. We machine both upper and lower triple clamps from aircraft quality billet aluminum giving them nearly twice the strength of stock triple clamps. Our "WORKS" clamps feature a thicker, precision machined fork bore that holds forks firmly in place with less clamping pressure. This provides for reduced fork flex and greater fork rigidity. Applied's innovative design positions handlebars farther forward and slightly higher than stock on most models. The reversible bolt-on bar mounts allow two different forward locations to suit your riding style. The forward movement of the bars increases roominess allowing better handling. Improved ergonomics shift weight further over the front wheel enhancing cornering capabilities and providing smoother sitting-to-standing transitions. Switching from 7/8" to 1 1/8" diameter handlebars is as easy as buying an extra set of bar mounts since bar mounts are interchangeable on all our top triple clamps. Note: Mini bike mounts are not reversible.

WRAP triple clamps

Applied Racing's WRAP triple clamps have a new sleeker look. Pinch bolts are positioned on the front and back of clamps instead of the sides like the WORKS models. This gives the appearance that the triple clamps are wrapping around the fork tubes. Six pinch bolts on the bottom clamp hold the forks securely in place in the precision machined fork bores. Wrap top clamps provide 10% more clamping surface than stock, and the triple pinch bolt wrap bottom clamps provide 35% more clamping surface. The bolt-on bar mounts are reversible to offer two different bar positions. Optional height bar mounts are also available. With a clear anodized finish, these look absolutely TRICK!

Factory Blue clamp set
This set also features our wrap style upper triple clamp with one piece bar mount cap, our wrap style lower triple clamp with triple pinch bolt design, and the trickest factory blue anodizing in the business. Rubber Mount Replacement Cones

Made from Sanaprene thermal plastic elastomer these act and feel like rubber, yet are much better. They replace stock rubber cones that allow your handlebars to flex and appear bent. The cones incorporate an injection molded aluminum top which eliminates all the top-hat washers that come with stock units. Made for stock CR and Applied triple clamps that use rubber mounted perches, these replacements are 30% more dense so they still allow good vibration absorption, but won't allow the misalignment and "over-flexing" found with stock units.
